PAYMENT POLICY

Between Aug 1 and Sept 20, a deposit of $400 is required to reserve a camper’s spot. Final payments are due by September 21 for all sessions.  For registrations after September 21, the entire amount is required to be paid at the time of registration to reserve a camper spot. For any registration that is unpaid as of September 21, the camper spot will be forfeited if the camping session is full.

REFUND POLICY

If a student reserves a place for a THE College Prep Camp summer session and subsequently must withdraw, the respective refund policies will apply. Refunds will only be granted under the following circumstances with adequate supporting documentation: family emergency, summer school, illness or other medical condition.

Date of Withdrawal.......................Amount Refunded

From Application to Sept 20............Full refund

Sept 21-Oct 3 .......................................All but $400.

Oct 4 onward.................................No refunds after this date, unless we can fill the camper spot from our waiting list. If the camper spot can be filled from the waiting list, then the deposit ($400) is refunded.

Notification of withdrawal must be made in writing to THE College Prep Camp by email to info@thecollegeprepcamp.com. Withdrawals are effective on the date that THE College Prep Camp receives written notification. Students who have reserved a place in THE College Prep Camp program, but have not received a final acceptance because of missing documents, are still subject to the above-stated refund policy. Absolutely no refunds will be given for requests received after the start of a camping session.
